Please allow 48 hours to activate new codes and remotes refreshed. New remotes for most communities can be purchased at AMS office. Check with your association manager for availability and cost details before arriving to pick up . Remotes are warranted for 30 days from the time of purchase. Defective remotes may be exchanged with in 30 days of purchase.
Are you having trouble with your current access code?

Please complete the code trouble ticket form. The gate department will research the issue and verify the code is in the system. If you were given the code by the previous homeowner, you will need to be issued a new code

NOTE: More than 2 inaccurate attempts to enter a code into the entry key pad at a gate will cause the access system to "time-out" for several minutes. The code does not need to be reissued in this case.
